Product Outline

Bimetal anti-corrosion tubing is the special-purpose pipe used in oil, gas and water well to extract the oil, gas and water to the surface.

The bimetal anticorrosion tubing is manufactured by taking ordinary new and old drill tubing of J55, N80, T95, P110 and so on as the base, using the corrosion-resistant alloy material as the inside anticorrosion overburden layer, using "the metal pipeline conflagration adding the lining technology" to produce.

The tubing conform to API Spec 5CT " specification for Casing and tubing ", API Spec 5B " Specification for Threading, Gauging and Thread Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line pipe Threads " and other related standards . 

 

 

Technical Features

1. The tubing inside lining wall is smooth, not scaling, so may enhance the liquid flow quantity effectively. 

2. It has the thermostability, bearing the high pressure, anti-corrosive, the service life long characteristic, its life is above 6 times as long as ordinary tubing.
