Product Outline
XJ2250(XJ850)workover rig is a trailer drilling equipment,Maximun static hook load
2250KN,Mast height 38 m,service depth 9000m (2 7/8drilling pipe),workover depth 7500m (3-
1/2 drilling pipe), drilling depth 4000(4 1/2").
Two parts: Special- purpose chassis, drive type 14x10 or 14X8;special working
equipment for workover.
The mast is structural mast, the hydraulic cylinder carries out lifting. Slant degree:3.3°,
the mast upper body bearing unit equipped with cylinder bearing organ that is the turning block
type, which structure is simple, safe and reliable.
Drawworks: Single drum structure,maximum capacity 280 KN,band or disc
brake,equipped with EATON WPT324 disc brake assist ,the structure are compact, the
efficiency is high, the service life is long.
Liquid and gas control system: hydraulic pumps, reliable performance, the use of gas
control valve with manual dual control structure, simple operation and effort, pipeline layout
and concise.

Main Use:
Used for workover with:≤9000m depth, oil, water, oil, drilling for water, gas.
