The sucker rod is the important connection parts between the ground pumping unit and downhole pump in oilfield sucker rod pumping system.

The product conforms to API Specification 11B "Specification for sucker rods"and other related standard,and have obtained the certificate of authority to use official API monogram.

The company can produce all sizes of sucker rod, weight bar and polish rod in steel grade K, C, D and HL ,which conform to API specification.

 

Technical Features

1.In the sucker rod manufacture process , have used the advanced online crack detection, quenching, the continuous-type overall tempering and the blasting processes, its body mechanical strength is big, the overall performance is good. 

2. The thread is cut by the special-purpose numerical-controlled lathe, which keeps the rod body still when cutting the threads, and is rolled to forming. The special process is able to ensure the high precision of the thread with better reliability and longer life-span.

Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
