Function

1.The   spray  pump   is  a   kind   of   single   stage   single   suction  horizontal   volute      pump.

2.It is used to Impeller rotates generating centrifugal force, and the spray pipe assembly takes the 

water in the water tank to the cylinder liner, cooling and lubrication to the cylinder liner and  piston

so as to prolong their service lives,

3.transfer water that temperature is less than 80 degree Celsius or sewage water contains a little sand.

4.It  can  be  belt   driven   when   used  on  drilling  pump  or  be  driven  by  motor  for  othe  r use.

 

 

 

                   

Features:

1. The spray pump which manufactured with special machinery seal technology has very long service life,

reaching internationally advanced level and improved operational reliability

 

2. Its impeller is specially designed to have a wider flow pass and smooth vanes, with larger flow area and

smooth fluid pass, making the spray pump reach the internationally advanced level in pump efficiency and

energy-saving, 10% higher than similar products.

 

3. The spray pump has adopted a shell thicker than normal one, with rational pass and less  turbulence. 

Impeller and shell are made of high wear resistant cast irons, with service life longer than other products 

by 50%;

 

4. The spray pump shaft has high strength that can bear certain load, reducing  shafts  deflection   and 

extending seals service life;

 

5. The shaft is lubricated with lubricants and lubricating grease and the oil seal is made of special structure

and materials, suitable for high and low temperatures and complicated environment;Front opening structure 

is used for convenient installation, repair and maintenance.

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
