Product Description

DSL85 power swivel is a swivel that driven by hydraulic constant displacement motor through gear reduction system to rotate the central pipe. Featured by a compact structure, its swivel design weight is only 750kg, which applies to most derricks or workover rig derricks.
DSL85 power swivel is able to provide smooth, shock-free torque. The maximum static load is 850kN in zero speed; when the speed is 100rpm, the bearable dynamic load is 450kN.
DSL85 power swivel is applicable to connect and disconnect long single drill pipe and oil pipes, without the use of spinning chain, pipe wrench and Kelly spinner. The use of power swivel to connect and disconnect drill pipes and oil pipes is able to reduce number of times the rig stops/starts, thus improving the rig efficiency and reducing wear of pumps, winches and other rigs.
DSL85 power swivel adopts a closed-cycle hydraulic system, which controls flow direction of the hydraulic oil through a hydraulically-controlled handle, and regulates diesel engine speed to realize speed change of swivel through a diesel engine remote control rotary knob, thus realizing infinitely variable speeds of central pipe of the power swivel.
DSL85 power swivel has functions of an ordinary swivel, when the central pipe rotates or is still, the drilling fluid may enter inside of the drill pipe through gooseneck, wash pipe and central pipe for drilling fluid circulating.
DSL85 power swivel contains two parts, YSL85 hydraulic swivel and DKYC180/31.5Y power control unit, all the components are installed on the entire skid and constitute a sturdy and lightweight device.
DSL85 power swivel is characterized by:
1) It provides smooth, shock-free torque to reduce damage to the drill stem;
2) It applies to most drilling wells and workover derricks;
3) It allows to use long drill stem;
4) It can replace the traditional swiveling swivel;
5) It is installed on the skid in an integral way to facilitate transportation.

Q:How can I place order? 
A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
