Product Description

NJ762-100 is suitable for special equipment for surface casing, conduit, and riser, ranging 13 3 / 8 - 30", and also for special thread buckle and .coupling. The impression is tiny, and the impression depth is less than 0.1mm. The floating arm tong can accurately detect the buckle torque, clearly display the torque diagram during the buckle, automatically change the speed, and the low speed is less than 1 r/min, which is suitable for the processing demand of large diameter casing.






   
                                       


Equipment characteristics:

1.Automatic stepless variable speed system realizes automatic speed change, high speed buckle and low speed tight torque in the buckle process, which can not only improve the working efficiency, but also meet the API specification of threaded buckle.
2.Floating dies can fully fit the pipe body to ensure that the fastening process does not slip
3.In the process of buckle, backup tong can move back and forth, up and down left and right floating, floating range is
about 5mm. Backup tong can float integrallyn while clamping.
4.Front and rear movement of backup tong: 800mm, using hydraulic cylinder as moving power.
5.can  switch make up/ break operation aumatically.
6.The equipment is suitable for both special buckle casing processing and  normal thread buckle processing
7.Display and control pipe buckle torque, shoulder torque and shoulder circles by diagram.

You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
