The product uses excellent wear-resistant rubber as the matrix material, with a skeleton to prevent deformation.

Main use: prevent drilling fluid from the drilling, and remove the drilling fluid of the inner wall of the drill pipe to prevent corrosion of metal.

 

 

Operating principle of the drill pipe mud scraper
The drill pipe scraper is composed of metal closing and rubber scraping ring. The working principle of the drilling pipe scraper is mainly used to slide the scraper along the slide. Under the action of the double-acting cylinder and the spring, the mud scraper is tightly attached to the annular outer wall of the drill pipe lifted upward from the well. The mud scraper will scrape off the drilling fluid of the outer wall of the drill pipe, making the outer wall of the drill pipe column clean and polluting the environment without the drilling fluid. It is characterized that there are several holes in the metal back to recover the mud, and there is a "wall" along the outer edge to prevent the mud overflow to the well and the falling into the well. The pressure plate and bolts are mainly used to fix the rubber mud scraper, the rubber scraping ring is a replaceable part, and the rubber scraping ring is set on the drill rod to clear the mud.

During the drilling process, there is no good way to solve the drilling solution adhered to the outer wall of the drilling pipe. At present, 80% of the drilling team drill when the drilling fluid attached to the outer wall of the drill pipe is scraped off manually, which not only increases the labor intensity of the fitter inside and outside the drilling rig, but also is difficult to scrape clean. The scraped drilling fluid falls on the plane of the drilling rig and is dirty and slippery, which is very unsafe to work, and the waste of drilling fluid is also very serious.
