GLB single screw oil pump is a new type of mechanical extracting equipment,not only suitable for the low viscosity crude oil production,but the high viscosity oil,high pour point oil,high content of wax oil,high content of sand and gas oil exploitation.It is an effective complement to conventional pump with the character of less investment,efficient oil production,low energy consumption,convenient for installation, operation and maintenance.It will become widely used mechanical extracting equipment.Through the deep research in the key component rubber stator's performance of the anti-wear and swelling resistant,the problem of the rubber wear-resistant has been basically solved.
The driving part on ground runs smoothly with little noise.Feature a:The adoption of a special structured mechanical sealing device ensures the safe and reliable sealing performance.On the polish rod, there is no bending stress points,need no maintenance and adjustment,which ensures safe and stable production of crude oil without leak and protects the well site environment.Features b:The product adopts a special anti-inversion structure,which  realizes the  reliable  braking(brake torque  reaches  more than 4000N.m)and the release of free to ensure the safe and convenient operation in oil wells.Features c:Diesel power driving device is designed for the wells without power source.Features d:The electrical device is controlled by the variable frequency to realize the stepless speed change,and the excellent overload protection with obvious energy saving effect.The driving motor's power is from 11kw to 22kw.

Q:How can I place order? 
A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
