Product Description

     While trip the coated tubing, glass fiber tubing, plastic tubing, VAM TOP, BGT1, FOX, 3SB, 13Cr and other anticorrosive tubing, tubing surface without damage is common challenge for  the world's petroleum equipment manufacturing, researchers adopted carbide coating, carbide sintering, diamond mesh cushion layer and other methods, the hardness of the material is higher than the pipe material, also the pipe surface corrosion layer damage, but the damage point, not easy to observe, the cumulative damage area is larger.After years of research, our researchers has solved this problem with soft gram steel, using high strength, high friction coefficient of elastic synthetic fiber, through high density weaving, all materials hardness is lower than HS80 (Shaw's hardness), hardness is lower than alloy aluminum.There is no clamp marks on the pipe body surface of 13Cr chromium pipe, coated pipe, FRP pipe and plastic pipe.




 Equipment features

1. According to the requirements of the production process, the backup tong can hold the body or the clamp.
2. No-marking dies are non-metallic material (composite material), with good elasticity, high toughness, impact resistance, high strength, wear resistance, and strong dual consistency, especially suitable for clamping tube with anti-corrosion coating, no marking on the body surface, really no damage holding, suitable for VAM TOP, BGT1, FOX, 3SB, 13Ca and other special pipe and ordinary buckle, ordinary material pipe, especially suitable for coating pipe.
3. Using automatic variable speed hydraulic power station, the automatic variable speed system realizes the automatic control of the stepless variable speed in the process of making up; high- speed making up and low-speed torque tighting, which can not only improve the working efficiency, but also comply with the API specifications, to ensure that the pipe with a shoulder buckle does not exceed the torque.
4. The tong head structure is open type, the pipe fittings can enter and exit fast and conveniently. The strength and stiffness of intergal tong head and are good.
5. The jaw plate of main tong is a swing-type roller climbing mechanism, convenient disassembly, reliable clamp and easy slope reduction; the backup tong is cylinder- pushing clamping mechanism, with simple structure and reliable clamping.
