Vacuum Degasser is adapted to get rid of various cut-in gases in the drilling fluids. Vacuum degasser is very important for returning mud gravity, stabilizing mud viscosity and reducing drilling cost. Therefore, it works as one type mud cleaning equipment. As it is placed after the shale shaker, so we call it second stage mud cleaning equipment in mud recycling system. At the same time vacuum degasser can be used as a heavy-power agitator. The vacuum degasser has self-suction function, so it doesn't need the extra transfer pump to feed the mud. After the impurities been removed, the working efficiencies of subsequent centrifugal pump for desander and deilter would be greatly increased.

Vacuum Degasser for Drilling Fluids Solids Control:
Vacuum Degasser is used to remove the small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by the mud gas separator, also called poor boy degasser. When there is dangerous gas in the drilling mud or blowout occurs, the mud gas separator is arranged as the first units of solids control equipment to treat drilling mud. Than the drilling mud reaches the primary shale shakers, large size solid cuttings is separated by mesh screen, still there is remaining gas bubble. It is the Vacuum degasser would further treat the drilling mud by removing the bubbles. The processing of Vacuum degasser is very effective for whole well drilling fluids processing system.
These units are positioned downstream from mud gas separators, gumbo removal equipments (if utilized), shale shakers and mud conditioners (if utilized), while hydrocyclone desander and Decanting centrifuges follow in the arrangement.

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.
Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.
Q: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How do you deal with defective products received by the clients?
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
