 KJ273 Tubing&casing flaring machine
Since there are the ellipticity and wall thickness error for tubing and casing,pipe end thread with black skin may occur during thread machining. Using necking machine to form the pipe end can eliminate black skin at pipe end, and improve the quality.It is especially suitable for flaring of tubing &casing whose body and coupling are integrated.

Main functions and characteristics:

1.Adopt the radial expansion mechanism to light up the equipment and reduce the cost;
2.Overcome the defect of pipe end deformation caused by the axial expansion mechanism;
3.The radial flaring mechanism is used in the radial flaring mechanism, which can obtain large radial flaring force under lower working pressure; 
4.Good work mobility in each cricle, can complete each circle in 25s.
5.Automatically control flaring size, just enter the required flaring size, to ensure that the necking error is within the rang of ±0.3mm
6.The design structure is compact, the overall size, volume, weight, cost is half of  axial flaring  mechanism;
7.Realize the automatic and manual optional method, to facilitate customers to operate according to their needs;
8.Use two-level transfer in the feeding process,to ensure accurate positioning of the feeding.

A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure?

You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
