SK508-2000T  Tubing&casing necking machine
Since there are the ellipticity and wall thickness error for tubing and casing,pipe end thread with black skin may occur during thread machining. Using necking machine to form the pipe end can eliminate black skin at pipe end, and improve the quality. 1.This series of necking machine can obtain large necking force under medium or low pressure system.
2.good work mobility in each cricle, can complete each circle in 12s.
3.Automatically control necking size, just enter the required necking size, to ensure that the necking error is within the rang of ±0.2mm
4.The design structure is compact;Compared with similar equipment, necking force is doubled under the same system pressure;
5.Realize the automatic and manual optional method, to facilitate customers to operate according to their needs;
6.For slightly curved tubes, the equipment provides an automatic centering mechanism to ensure accurate access to die cavity.

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
