Product Description

This Technical Program is formulated in accordance with work requirements for  Washing Machine Full-Automatic Balancing Ring Automatic Production Line and based on our studies on washing machine balancing ring production line and technical process and actual conditions of the project in order to meet your requirements for balancing ring automatic production.





Main Technical Parameters :
(1) This Technical Program is applicable to the production of  5-7kg full-automatic washing machine balancing rings.
(2) The beat of the entire production line is less than 50s(550/580),less than 80s(610). 
(3) Three operations are required (one of them standby).
(4) The type changing time of the entire line is ≤30 min.
(5) Assembly size of bottom ring and inner drum is no more than 438+0/-0.5mm.
(6) Inner ring of the balancing ring is free of defects such as burr, stress mark, and scratches. The sprue is well trimmed and leveled. The hot plate is free of sticky materials.
(7) After deposition, the maximum radial dislocation between the upper ring and bottom ring is ≤0.5mm. The inner ring is free of spilled materials. Spilling at the outer ring should not exceed 1.5mm of the outer surface.
(8) After welding, the outer ring and inner ring is free of defects such as burr, stress mark, and scratches. The sprue is well trimmed and leveled.
(9) When air pressure of 0.15MPa is applied for 5S, it is able to keep for 5S. The deposition is free of air leak (pressure indicator remains stable and the equipment does not give alarm).
 (10) Saline water volume is within the limit specified in the operation manual (1350±10g).
(11) At the temperature of 20ºC, the saline water proportion is 1.18g/cm3.
(12) The plug surface is smooth and free of bulging. The sealing should not be loosening and is free of press mark, cracking or puncturing.
(13) Inspect the plug and deposition strength of the balancing ring. The welding is flattened. The welding between plug and balancing ring is tightened. Inspect the plug and make sure that no air vent or surface damage exists.
(14) No rupture, whitening or water leak should occur after 3 free-drops at a height of 50cm of the balancing ring.
(15) The balancing ring is smooth and leveled and free of blur, whitening, deformation, scratching and dirt. The sprue is well trimmed and should not hurt when touched. The sealing should not be loosening and is free of press mark and crack. The welding surface is leveled and secured and the surface free of salt particle and leak of saline water.
