Product Description

The slurry pump parts consists wet parts, sealing parts, bearing assembly, pedestal and other parts.

In slurry pump, Wet Parts means the lining parts which contact with fluid media, usually it includes impeller, volute, frame plate, throat bush. These parts will easily get corroded or abraded when working and should be replaced after a period of use.

Usually the pump parts are made of iron, steel, bronze, brass, aluminum, plastic etc. For Slurry pumps, they are normally made of High chrome alloy, Rubber, polyurethane, and ceramic. High chrome alloy and Rubber are now the main material for the slurry pumps. Recent years some companies are trying to make wet parts by ceramics and many data come from labs and mills show that the ceramic wet parts can work for a longer time than high chrome alloy.

For chrome alloy material, the common type is High chrome Alloy(27%Cr), it can be used from pH 5 to 12, and its hardness can be to HRC58, which is a very good choice for slurry handling and transport. But in some conditions, the pH may be lower than 5, then we try A49, it can be lower to pH 4, mostly used in FGD processing.

The Rubber material is widely used in fine slurry conditions and lower pH to 2. There are also many rubber materials for different conditions, such as R08, R26, R55, S02, etc.

And recently, Polyurethane material becomes popular in some conditions. It is good at handling corrosive and abrasive conditions.

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.


Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
