NKY-C15B multi-function laptop torque instrument is a multi-function instrument for torque setting, display and control,which can measure and display the troque of buckle process, to ensure the optimal tightening torque of for the pipe joint;NKY-C15D torque instrument can be used with hydraulic tubing tong, casing tong and drill pipe tong,display the tightening torque, process figure and tightening circles of pipe joint in real time, unload it while set torque value reached during tightening.Avoid damage to pipe body and clamp caused by the exceeding torque during tightening.

The system consists of torque display instrument, laptop, power adapter, torque signal sensor, unloading valve etc.

  Functions and characteristics:

 1.Suitable for VAM TOP gas seal buckle, BGT1 gas seal buckle, FOX, 3SB, 13Cr and other special buckle thread, can detect and record the tightening torque, shoulder torque, shoulder circles, tightening torque and shoulder torque.
 2.Use laptop, diagram of buckle process,high resolution, easy to operate.
 3. Good  universal performance, can work with manual tong, tubing tong, drill pipe tong and casing tong etc.
 4. Display the tightening torque, process drawing and torque value of pipe joint in real time.
 5. Buckle process parameters, pipe body, clamp parameters can be set according to the requirements of the operation process, and maximum and minimum value, shoulder torque, shoulder circles can be set as well.
  6. Combined with the high-speed unloading valve, the automatic buckle torque control can be realized.
 7. Use high precision and high speed photoelectric encoder to recorder the buckle circles.
 8.Configure the corresponding torque sensor according to the model of different hydraulic power tongs.
 9.Using the elastomer torque sensor to measure buckle torque, stable zero point, high detection accuracy, high anti-interference performance; suitable for a variety of occasions all-weather harsh environment and all kinds of corrosion media.
 10.Display, control and record the process data and record the data on disk for later query.
