Wetted Parts

Liners - Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomer. Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints. Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and east of maintenance.

Impeller - Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable. Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination.

Throat bush - Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable. Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.

he properties of the rubber material:
We have variety of natural rubber and elastomers, which can be used for pumping corrosive or acid slurries. But the rubber material is not suitable for slurries which contain sharp solids.
When the slurries contain fine particles, the rubber material features good performance of wear resistant.

The properties of the high chrome white iron: 
We have variety of high chrome white iron, and the content of chrome is different. 
They can offer excellent performance under erosive conditions. The alloy can be effectively used in a wide range of slurry types. The high wear resistance of alloy is provided by the presence of hard carbides within its microstructure. Some special high chrome alloy is also suited to application where corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.

A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
