Product Description:
Type TZG(H) gravel pumps are designed for continously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by common pump.They are suitable for delivering slurries in Mining, Explosive sludge in metal melting.Dredging in dredger and course of rivers, and other fields.Type TZ(G)H pumps are of high head ones.
Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet passage.The wet parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance alloys.The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360 degree.This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion-resistance.

Electric power:Transport ash mud&slurry in electric power, etc.

Environmental protection: Flue gas desulfuration and transportation of gypsum mortar, etc.
Application of CFD technique:
(Computational Fluid Dynamics), which has been already put to use successfully in devepment & design of pumps in our company, is a new brand technique that apply the computor technique to the analysis & calculation of fluid mechanics performance. According to the require of customers and usage field circumstances previous of slurry pump, technicians analyze and calculate the internal fluid field ( velocity field and pressure parameters field, etc.) of type TZ pump, predict the performance parameters and then begin to optimize design method according to the result so as to achieve to improve their performance all the time.

Q:How can I place order?

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.
Q: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How do you deal with defective products received by the clients?
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
