Product Description

NJ114 (4 1 / 2 ″) -6 bucking unit is suitable for production and repairing equipment of defueling pump, for buckle of thread with steps and normal thread.According to the requirements on surface of the workpiece, micro mark, none trace mechanism can be selected.Floating arm tong can accurately detect the buckle torque, can accurately display the torque value between 10-6000 N.M, suitable for the processing of special buckle joints.






                              
Equipment characteristics:

1.The equipment is suitable for assembly and disassembly of plunger pump,  and for joint buckle of 1 ″- 4 1 / 2 ″ (25- Ø114mm) fittings.
2.According to the requirements on surface of the workpiece, micro mark, none trace mechanism can be selected.
3.With manual operation, fully automatic operation for selection.
4.Adopt 8"or 15" touch screen industrial control display terminal Torque display, control and recording.
5.The floating arm tong can accurately detect the buckle torque, and the detection accuracy is ± 1.5%
6.Can set operating parameters, pipe body, and coupling parameters, maximum torque, minimum torque, optimal torque, maximum circles and minimum circle of the buckle and work ID of the operator, contract number, furnace number, production pipe serial number and annotation.
7.Display and control buckle torque on the pipe, and shoulder torque, the ratio of shoulder torque VS max.torque, and shoulder circles
8.Record, query, and print past production records in diagram and daily report mode.
9.The production process record can be transferred through U disk to any computer in the office for storage or printing.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
