Product Description

Main Features:

1. It can operate at 90%(or more)rated power for long time , which greatly exceeds the ability of general drilling pumps that can only operate at less than 60% rated power . It is 1.5 times the capacity of general drilling pumps with the same power.
2. Maintenance is convenient.  At the well site, with the equipped lifting frame, one worker can complete the disassembly and assembly of connecting rod, crosshead, crosshead guide and crosshead pin in a short time.
3. The crosshead guide assy. Is fully interchangeable part. Without need to pad copper sheet between the crosshead guide and the frame, it can adjust the intermediate pull rod to achieve the high standard of ±0.1mm jump.
4. The friction parts at power end has a long life. The crankshaft, gear, connecting rod bearing, crosshead and crosshead guide can reach more than 10 years of life.
5. The cylinder liner, piston and valve assembly are standard parts with long life.
6. The noise-reduction DC drive technology is adopted, which reduces the transmission chains, improves the mechanical efficiency and realize energy saving and environmental protection.
7. Equipped with complete set of tools , the pump is easy to operate.  There is no need to disassembling the liner while replacing the piston. The specially designed high-pressure valve puller is safe and reliable.
8. The oil tank is only 378L. The lubricating oil can be used for more than one year without replacement, which reduces the use cost of customers.
9. The pressure fluctuation is small, which can relieve the vibration of high-pressure manifold , good for the signal transmission of rotating guidance  and safety of well wall.

Q:How can I place order? 
A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line. 

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
