Valves&Seats: The valve assembly consists of the valve and valve seat. Valve and valve seat are made of one-piece premium forged alloy steel, and follow the manufacturing process specification directly to assure the good finish, accurate size. With the advanced heat treatment it features high ductility, high strength .The seal of valve body is made of polyurethane or synthetic rubber and has high wear resistance.

The threaded retainer plate with knock-off lugs enables fast insert change-out.
The large bearing area on the valve promotes a long service life.
Various insert materials are available to meet standard and high-temperature drilling conditions.
Carbon-steel valve springs are standard, with a long-life, stainless-steel upgrade available.
The key feature of the four-web, center-guided valve is the preloaded polyurethane insert secured with a threaded retainer plate with knock-off lugs for easy disassembly. This design enables drillers to change valve inserts quickly and minimizes downtime. The valve is best suited for low- to medium-pressure drilling operations because of the two-piece assembly of the valve body.
The center-guided design enables the valve flange to be supported under pressure loads by the top of the center-support webs in addition to the seating taper on the inside of the valve seat. This allows for a large bearing area for the valve that minimizes stress and promotes a long service life.
Our standard valve is offered with polyurethane inserts rated for 170° to 180°F (77° to 82°C) drilling-mud temperatures. We also offer a special high-temperature urethane compound as an option for high-temperature drilling conditions to 200°F (93°C) and higher.

A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.

Q: What's the order procedure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you. 

Q: How do you deal with  defective products received by the clients? 
A:  If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
